Well done everyone who took part as part of a team!!!
Area Horse Trials - Trecoed
Well done to the Novice Horse Trials team, (Gemma Somers/Captain Whitefoot, Michelle Gorman/Corrivreckan, Rachel Dowson/Talarbongan Smokey and Amanda Sloyan/No Time to Chat who were 2nd. An additional well done to Gemma Somers who qualified 2nd overall which has meant she has qualified for the Horse Trials finals at Aston Le Walls in August. Good luck Gemma!
Area Dressage - Pembrey
A huge well done to the senior Novice Team (Lara Hooper/Desach Gold Sunset, Jackie Harris/Karizmaar, Lynda Bryce/Springbok Attitude, Amy Pett/Diamond Secret Mission)who were first and have qualified for Lincoln.
Our other Novice teams came 4th and 7th.
The Senior Open teams came 2nd, 3rd and 5th
The riding test team came 3rd.
Area Showjumping - Pembrey
Well done to Amanda Sloyan/No Time To Chat, Amy Pett Secret/Monopoly, Lucy Elsbury/Foxcourt Fancy Free and Karen Evans/Isaactown Boy who were 2nd in the Senior Novice.
TVRC Dressage Festival
Once again, Verna and Tim (and the judges and helpers) ensured that this was as good as ever! Remember there is another show at the end of August (if you're not competing, you could always volunteer to help).
TVRC BIG SHOW!
Thank you to everybody who contributed to the Big Show to ensure that it was once again a great success. Without so many people helping on the ground the show could never run. We hope that all competitors enjoyed their day. There is a questionnaire re: the organisation of next year's show. Please take the time to complete and return to Helen or another committee member.
Club Clothing
The committee has arranged for a selection of club clothing for members to purchase. The selection includes T-Shirts, Rugby Shirts, Fleeces and Jackets. The clothing is offered in the club colours of navy, light blue and white. Each garment is embroidered on the left breast with the TVRC logo in a contrasting stitching. It is also possible to have saddle cloths / dressage squares embroidered with the club logo. We hope that many members will take up the opportunity to wear club clothing at both TVRC and open events and competitions to give a united feeling to the club.

Club Age limit
The Club is bringing the ruling on definition of age of juniors in line with the BRC. Therefore the age for club membership is "18 and over on 1st January in year of joining" Any present member under 18 can remain a member and rejoin next year as an 18+. All members will be covered by third party insurance while attending TVRC-run activities.
