What a busy month June has been for TVRC!!!
Just a week's breather, and the Area Dressage competition was held at Pembrey on Sunday 28th June. Unbelievably, another dry day was to be had. Well done to all teams and individuals who represented the club.
With just 6 days to recover from the big show efforts, on Sunday 21st June saw Verna and Tim (and everybody else who judged, stewarded, wrote, ran and fed!) pull off another fabulous Open Dressage festival. There were record entries from both members and non-members, and we were blessed with yet another dry day.
The second TVRC "Big Show" was another great success this year on Sunday 14th June. On behalf of the committee, Thank you to everybody who helped make the day such a success. Full report from the show secretary to follow.
The Novice Hunter Trials team had mixed fortunes at Aston le Walls. They lost a team member before travelling to the event, and disappointingly another team member was forced to withdraw her horse on the day. However, Sue (Keto) and Suzie (Woodlands Cara) both had fabulous rounds. Well done to you both.
The committee have decided to continue using the Credit system until at least October, when we can review their success at the AGM.

Helpers are needed at Area Team Competitions, Area 21 will NOT accept entries unless the required number of named helpers are given at the time of entry so please consider volunteering your services…… and earning some Training Credits!

As a voluntary organisation, all events are run by volunteers (members and their friends/family). We hope that all TVRC members will realise the importance of offering their services this year to ensure that we continue to thrive as one of the largest clubs in the area.
To reward those members who help at more than one event, we are offering training credits which will reduce the cost of many TVRC organised training sessions.
